Location of the hotel is excellent. But most of hotel staff has only limited English speaking ability.
Very friendly service.
Food & beverage facilities are very poor.

I really liked hotel location - beautiful Japanese gardens and close to the Shinagawa station which you can connect shinkansen train and a lots of shops and restaurant.
Room was very big but decor is very old - could be retro.
Breakfast coupon is a value.

- Restaurant Tip : there are so many cafe, bar and restaurant around the area.
also, you could go to roppongi or azabu area by taxi only take 15min.

After nine nights spent in this hotel, I would return without hesitation. Booking through Agoda was well done, no problem. Highly recommended.
- Restaurant Tip : All kinds of restaurants around the hotel, including some "beer restaurants," where food is very good and cheap. Try the "Yabukabu", down the street to the station, right turn at the crosswalk, then about 50 meters. The lady speaks English.
