Great space for the dollars

I stay here regularly - the restaurants are no good but Shinagawa is full of good options. The hotel is convenient for travel by subway all over tokyo and the room itself is well designed and quite large by Tokyo standards. The Internet was up and down on this trip but the speeds are generally very good.

Very nice hotel, 4.5/5 rating. They have a convenience store, but not 24/7, and it seems that there are no vending machines due to this. Couldn't get anything to drink at night. Quite a long walk from the station, also super long lines at breakfast!

Very close to Shinagawa station, about a 10 minute walk away. Shinagawa station has JR and metro links, as well as many restaurants and eateries. Very nice room and free to go Spa Japanese style, very good experience stay to this hotel, The Hotel Garden id very beautiful and awesome.

We were so happy when moving to this hotel from previous ones. Walking to JR station is just few minutes, beautiful garden, many restaurants in/near hotel for selection, limousine bus to airport, etc.

OK stay overall: nice bed, quiet room and accessible 7/11. Only wired ethernet in the room, no wireless except really slow onw in the lobby. Lobby and many corridors had an overpowering stench of old cigarettes.

Grand Hotel and Good View of Tokyo Tower at Night

We had a lovely stay at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa. Check in was a breeze and the rooms were charming with elegant balconies facing Tokyo Tower. Since we booked a club room, we had access to good coffee, snacks and refreshments from 7am to 9pm. It is also convenient that the Hotel provides free shuttle bus to and from JR Shinagawa Station. The hotel has a very intricately designed Japanese Garden with Sakura Trees. Also, there is a 7/11 convenience store inside the Hotel which takes care of all our last minute needs. Another convenient point is the fact that Narita Airport Limousine Shuttle Bus stops directly at the Hotel.
