Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The best shinagawa Prince hotel, better th. sakura
Location, affordablem, great restaurents, superb garden in the middle of Tokyo
8.3
Simply put Excellent. friendly staff, nice room (even if sometimes the hotel feels a little bit oldish). Good restaurents (although for business travelers, last orders are too early), clean and confortable (although for business travelers no internet in the room can be disappointing)

It was the perfect location for our tokyo trip.
Room is very Japanese and spacious. We enjoyed futon.
The garden is extremely beauctiful. The kids enjoyed walking around the garden.
Business centere is not up graded. However it is fine with family trip.

Beautiful, but far away!
staff, big room, beautiful gardens
7.7
The hotel is beautiful, particularly the gardens and we had stunning views over the city. The room was large by Tokyo standards and was well equipped with everything. Food and drinks in the hotel were very expensive. The only problem with the hotel is that it is about a ten minute walk, uphill, from the train station. They have shuttle buses down to the train station from the hotel, but not back up. There are limited dining options available around the hotel if you are not eating in their facilities. A couple of decent places at the train station though.

My wife and I had a very comfortable stay. We have chosen this hotel a second time as we were very pleased the first time we stayed and were not disappointed.

Nice but somewhat dated hotel.
Garden nearby, quiet area, easy access to Shinagawa train station.

No coffee maker in the room. No coffee in lobby before breakfast opens at 6 or 6:30. This is a bit rough if you are an early morning person. Hotel is clean and well maintained, near a very nice garden, typically gracious Japanese service.
