The staff were very pleasent. The hotel room was small but clean and not particularly suited the wearly traveler or those with lots of luggage.

The staff was very helpful and great!Great hotel, nice location near a shopping mall. Near a private trainstaion, but jr begins at Ebisu. Great view because we had our room on the 17th floor. Great staff with good englsih!
Shopping Tip:
easy access to hotel. i wanted to attend the hamradio fair at big sight. so it is just a simple trip from shinagawa seaside mrt to kokusai tennoji mrt. at night, just walk over to jusco for food, shopping and there is a small yen shop right beside jusco.

lovely hotel in a great Location

I like to stay in this hotel because of the location and the subway.although it is pricey but it easy to go around the Tokyo using subway train.You can go to Odaiba 2 stops by Subway. You can also go to Disneyland by subway(Take Subway -Rinka line going to Shinkiba Station. 5 stops ).Then exit from the subway. buy JR Keiyo line ticket and take the train.at the top. the train is in the left side if you walk the staircase. going to top.The train towards Maihama Station. only 1 stop.going to this hotel is easy.from Narita Airport. Take the NEX train going to Shinagawa station.before you buy your ticket ask the japanese counter that youre going to Shinagawa Station... i think it is 15 stops. from Shinagawa station.get off, and buy new train ticket (Yamanote line )train towards Shibuya Station.1 Stop at Osaki Station then transfer train (Rinka Line) from Osaki Station going to Shinagawa seaside station. then exit D. then walk then cross the street.that's the hotel.
Travel tip:
If your going to Tokyo, be advised that it is very expensive to travel.. the best way to have cheap travel is to take metro or subway .be noted that the metro and subway sytem is confusing to go around the city. before you travel.make sure to search in google map. you type the departure and destination. it will give the train and flatform train you will take and the cost you will pay.print it out and have it with you.it better to plan ahead than to be lost in the area you dont know. always ask if you dont know.Japanese are friendly and willing to help. you can take your breakfast at Aeon Mall. in front of hotel. cross the street. take down.escalator. then find the foodcourt at the basement or 1st floor. lots of foodcahin there. MCdo, dunkin donuts.japanese food,etc. have a safe travel..
