Lobby very crowded all time time, lacks personal service and attention from staff.

All staffs are very friendly and English speaking; Shuttle bus is provided free to go to Shinjuku Station every 20mins. You can free keeping your luggage for free if you are having a 2 days 1 night tour out from Tokyo.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is near to Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, only 100m away where you can go up to 45 floors for free to observe the whole city of Tokyo. If you are lucky, you might see Mt. Fuji during a clear day.

Checked in round about 1:00pm. However, was told to wait till 2:00 pm as there were no queen size beds. Reception staff was generally warm though I think she could do better.
Room size was ok. Bathroom was a little run down for the price.

Nice hotel in business location

on arrival i was placed in a small twin room when i had booked a queen. after some discussion i was upgraded to a king, a larger room on a higher floor so the situation was handled well.
staff were all very efficient and spoke perfect english but there were so many visitors that everything seemed to be rushed. it's a good business hotel.
Travel tip:
there is a bus to the nearest station and it only takes about 10 minutes to walk there but still it is a little further away than is ideal.

Hotel Hilton was Very Good Location & easy to go everywhere. Hotel have Shuttle Bus service to Shinjuku Station and also have easy access to Subway. Very big room with clean room. Very convenience to go to Airport with Airport Shuttle to go both Haneda or Narita Airport. I' m so haapy to stay here.
Shopping Tip:
Hotel very near to Shinjuku Station by hotel shuttle bus.

First off, all the staff I encountered at the Hilton spoke English (at the very minimum, their English was functional). Being a non-Japanese-speaker, this was an invaluable service as things sometimes could get extremely frustrating trying to communicate with non-English speakers around Tokyo.
The front office staff were also extremely professional, efficient and pleasant. All of my requests & inquiry were dealt with wonderfully!
The room was also very comfortable. The king-bed was deliciously firm with crisp sheets, there was ample space for luggage and even though the bathroom was a bit on the small side the bathtub was quite large & deep.
All in all, a very enjoyable stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is a 10min walk down a straight road to Shinjuku station, but there is the smaller Nishi-Shinjuku station (on the Metro line) just one building behind the Hilton. There is a subway connecting the hotel straight to the Nishi-Shinjuku station. Excellently convenient!

our family of three stayed for 6 nights and was given a spacious room!Amazing good view, hotel's location is considered
quite convenient as there is a 24hour supermarket nearby takes
about 5 mins walk good for buying some snacks or food for supper! Shuttle bus at hotel are prompt and convenient and there is even a mrt line just outside the hotel- marouchi line which is very convenient for us who likes to explore around
.Will certainly like to come back again!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The marouchi line easily leads you to Asakusa (sensoji temple)
no hassle at all - directions on mrt are very clear and easy to follow!
