the holiday inn tobu narita is pretty much perfect to stay in after a long haul flight into japan. they pick you up at the airport free of charge, and will even take you to a local convenience store if you need anything.theres a nice pool that unfortunatly we didnt get a chance to use. the food was very nice but quite expensive. all in all great place to recover after your flight
comfortable, very pleasent staff, very clean
price of food and drink
- Hotel Feature Tip : bed side radio is great to relax to. hotel literally 2 minutes from airport

The hotel has a great relaxation package. I had one of the best massages ever, and they come to your room. Also the price was very reasonable!
Handy for the airport and good 'steak don'

This is an excellent choice for sleeping off your jetlag when you arrive, or sleeping over for an early flight. It probably is not the best choice as a base for a longer stay as the local area is a mass of roads and railways, to say nothing of the aircraft, and so is very noisy day and night.

I stayed two nights at the Holiday Inn for a writing break but got an additional perk for my time. When I arrived back home in Bangkok, I had no jetlag and was ready for work the first day. The easy time of readjustment, long strolls on decent walking paths around the hotel was a great way to return to the Asian continent. It's not luxury, but it is a pleasant airport style hotel experience.
- Hotel Feature Tip : If you are an aviation buff, stay in a room on the front of the hotel for an excellent view of the main active runway.
Good ambience

Would recommend this hotel to anyone with a fairly early flight - the standard double is very large - it'd be a great hotel for a couple with children.
- Hotel Feature Tip : First free shuttle bus leaves at 6.30am so if you have an earlier flight don't rely on this service. that said it'd be a cheap taxi ride to the airport (terminal 1 or 2) from the hotel, it's very close.

I can't fault the hotel as check-in was quick, all staff helpful and the free Internet was a welcome addition.
