Comfort can be increased with better cleaniness

When we first arrived, we were tired from our overnight bus travel from Kyoto. Glad we managed to easily find the place. However, we were quite disappointed that check-in time is 1500hrs! That were like another 7 more hours to go. We just wish they would be more sometimes with their check-in policy. When we got into the room, the room was surprisingly big and 2 large beds. Noticed some lizard's waste on the floor! Bathroom looked dirty and the ventilation fan was crackling up. They ought to improve their cleanliness.

Good service and cheap. big room but the room have smell of Cigarette Smoke(I hate it)
They give us(2people) a 3 person room which is very big and nice..
Overall.. it is very good for the price

The hotel is very near to train station shin Okubo. Instructions to reach hotel were very clear and we had no problem finding the hotel. There were plenty of food and shopping nearby. Our room was adequate and clean. There is small bar next door. Plenty of vending machines nearby too

This budget hotel is strategically located nearby Shin Okubo Station, JR Yamanote Line, ie just one station away from Shinjuku station. The room may not be spacious but it is clean and comfortable.
