quiet, pleasant service, they speak English at the reception desk, facilities all clean and well-functioning, excellent value-for-money, an empty and cold fridge in the room, free internet I couldn't find any, but of course, it's not a luxury hotel, location just a little beyond walking distance from Tokyo station (with luggage, taxi required) I had to work in my room most of the time, but that was fine. The rooms are small, but clean and convenient -- everything you need is there. At the reception desk they are friendly and provide precisely the service you want (ordering cabs, etc.). Except for the fact that it's not easy to find, perfect for someone looking for an inexpensive place to stay in the very center of Tokyo. And it's near the Ginza.
Travel tip : It's near the Ginza, one of Tokyo's posh shopping district. Have a good look around, it's not cheap, but it's worth it.

Very clean, tidy, well organised, English spoken and friendly and helpful. Great location. Very impressed with the service and hotel as well as its excellent location. Well recommended.

friendly staff, nice location it was a very nice stay, i enjoyed it very much, the staff were so friendly, if i ask for direction they take all the time to explain every thing to me i loved them.
