Quite Expensive for a dated Hotel
This hotel is situated in the business area of Tokyo, so if its weekdays expect train rush, you need to walk and move fast like they do. Near to Kudanshita station, 7/11 convenience store, family mart, Lawson and there are lots of Japanese small restaurants within the area and little less expensive than other restaurants in the city. These restaurants serves authentic Ramen, you will not starve. The hotel is old, some facilities are less modern compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Yet still working well, the comfort room, bath tub, sink, toilet bowl, mirror are clean and complete with towels, personal amenities like toothbrush, razors, brush, toothpaste, shower cap, comb, cotton, etc. The bed is big, the room size is big than other typical Tokyo hotels, complete with bathrobe, sleeping rob, and slippers BUT one thing that disappoint us, their aircon is not working, my gosh, good thing its spring, the weather is still cold. The floor carpet at the lobby is stained/dirty it even appears in the photo we took. The staff were accommodating, they tried harder to communicate to us, very respectful and they were initiative to offer help if they notice their help is necessary. I would like to commend the Nepali girl (C. Yongjan if I am right) Jerome, RB or Arbee and the other girl, all three are Filipino, they were so helpful and accommodating, thank you so much). Somehow, our stay in this hotel was satisfying but this hotel is old and there are lots of Hotel in Tokyo, all you need is to browse and read reviews.

Lowest level of staff performance throughout all Japan
The staff has been the most disappointing fact of our stay regardless of the old and small room. However, we could not have been more disappointed by the staff performance.

Nice place to stay in
Great for value. Friendly staffs that are care to help you in every way. Great location that can walk else where in just under 30 mins, and only 2 mins away from subway. Downside, hotel facilities are not up to a 4-star-standard

Second time in 2 months
Location, space of the room, staff performance
I stayed here the last time I was in Tokyo and I was back again a month after. The location is great just 2-3 min walk to subway station. The room is also relatively large and there are quite a few convenient stores nearby. Can't wait to go back again.

Great stay
Spacious room, close to subway Kudanshita station, friendly staff
Though the room is a bit old but it is very clean. The room itself is very spacious in comparison to any other hotel of the same price in Tokyo, I would say it is almost twice as big. The subway (Kudanshita station) is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. I think overall it is pretty good.
