We stayed at the hotel 1 week and we were very satisfied. Cosy hotel for a very good price. The only thing which might be a problem is the small room. On the other hand, you are in Japan, so you need to reckon with it. The hotel is located nearby the metro station. We just slept there, so I can fully recommend the accomodation for everyone, who comes to visit Japan.

Second Time in this Hotel

We have stayed in this hotel before and this was our second time staying here. Standards have been maintained as usual, cleanliness and also friendly staff were the few factors that got us back to this hotel again. Overall, value for money and near to metro stations. Family mart is just a few doors away and also restaurants along the way.

Great cheap hotel in the middle of Tokyo

this hotel is a great cheap option for people travelling to tokyo for business or holiday. i was travelling with my partner and was greeted with a friendly receptionist who gave us our room hours before the allowed check in time. we were super tired after long flight that day and were very glad being allowed to check in early without any additional cost.
the location is along the hibiya subway line and only one stop away from akihabara station. for us this location was perfect to allow us to explore tokyo and all it's districts.
there are plenty of convenient store and restaurants around to satisfy your hunger (family mart and yoshinoya are just right next door).
this hotel also provide fast free internet via lan and wifi so you can keep contact with your friends and family during the stay.
self service laundry facility (free laundry powder) is a great bonus for us which allows us to pack light for our 12 days stay in this hotel.
the hotel is lacking in facility or service but for the price this is perfectly fine for travellers who do not need these things added to the cost if they don't need them. the room can feel a little bit small for two people but i would call it cosy.

Laundry service is self service facility on level 4 and 6 in this hotel.

It's near the Hibiya line, Metro train(100m). located in the middle of Tokyo city, that you can make transportation easily to any connection. It's quite small room with 5 ft Bed, rest room included. all facility is suitable for business trip or just relax and take the time outside. free wifi and coffee.
Restaurant Tip:
they has the restuarant next to the hotel. Shabu, Ramen, and Yoshinoya.

The hotel is a business hotel with small room with no in house restaurant. However for the price per night, it is just sufficient since most of the time is spend sightseeing. just don't bring too much luggage.
The staff are friendly English speaking.
Location is perfect. We took a bus straight from Haneda to T-CAT and later taxi (JPY710) to the hotel.To travel to tourist spots like Akibahara, Ueno and others, only few minutes walking distance to Kodemmacho or Ningyocho Metro Station.

The hotel looks great with nice lay-out in the lobby but the rooms are ultra small. There's no space for you to put your baggage esp if it big and we had 2! No walking space or baggage space. Not advisable if you're claustrophobic.
The toilet is saddening, with mould and grims stains at the bottom of the sink. Very visible when you are soaking in a bathtub or when you are seating on the toilet bowl. Yucks!
Service was pretty good. Guess it just the way japanese are.
Overall, I'll not think it's value for money and the experience was pretty upsetting when you are in such a nice city.

Good value for money with super friendly staff
The staff did everything to make us feel welcome. The rooms are clean and the showers are awesome!

The staff were so good to us, they helped us with directions and let us store our bags there while traveling around. The rooms are small but clean. Considering what we payed, we couldn't ask for more. I'd recommend it to my friends.

Very nice hotel - room was quite small but it had everything we needed and was very clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We were due to fly from Haneda, but unfortunately due to snow our flights were cancelled. The gentleman on the front desk helped us to find that information out and also helped us find out how the trains were running too. I thought the service was excellent and that the staff took a genuine interest in their guests.
