It is a bit expensive considering the room is scarcely bigger than the bed but I suppose this is to be expected in Tokyo
I have stayed at the Hotel JALcity Haneda twice now and have found it to be a very nice place. The staff is exceedingly polite and helpful. I speak no Japanese at all but there always seems to be a staff member on hand to help with any questions I might have. The restaurant in the lobby is very nice, offering a fairly good variety of dishes as well as a large buffet for breakfast. The rooms are modern and weel equipped if a bit small. There is some English speaking television as well as internet connection in the rooms. I will probably stay at this hotel whenever I am in Tokyo and have enjoyed my stays there very much
