It is very convenience for us to stay here because our arriving flight was nearly midnight.Also it is easy to connect by train to follow our program in Japan.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If other traveller need to stop over in Tokyo via Hanada Airport. I recommend to stay overnight here.

good location and good free shuttle bus service

Good location just within a few minites from the starion on the
Keikyu line. I had to stay due to the early departure from Haneda International Airport. So the free shuttle bus service at 4:30 to the airport was very convenient and helpful service
to the early flight.

The JAL City Hotel Haneda is a perfect transit hotel for anyone arriving late and heading out early for a flight. I was happy to get directions in English to the shuttle bus stop for the hotel at the Haneda information counters, though wish the stop itself had some kind of markings; it is basically just a lot sandwiched between the car parks outside of each terminal. Expedient check-in and the staff was very kind to point out that the first two shuttles of the day (4:30 & 5am) are quite busy, so that I should plan accordingly. Be advised that if you arrive at the International Terminal, you will need to transfer to one of the domestic terminals to get the shuttle bus. The return buses to the airport conveniently do stop at the Internal Terminal though.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Because of the free shuttle bus service and the proximity to the Haneda airport, this hotel is a god send for travelers arriving at Haneda late at night or departing early morning. The bus from the hotel starts early at 4am while the last bus from the airport leaves at 12:20am - anyone traveling on Air Asia or Singapore Airlines will appreciate this.
Rooms are small so it's going to be a squeeze if you have large luggage with you but the bed is comfy and in-room facilities more than adequate. Free internet (using a LAN cable in the room) is provided and speed is fast.
Convenience store and 2 food outlets are across the road from the hotel. The train station (Anamori-inari) is just a 5 minute walk away and will take you to the main transfers at Hamamatsucho Station (25 mins) and Tokyo Station (30 mins).
Walking past the Anamori-inari Station will lead you to a reasonable sized supermarket where you can get various Japanese foods and snacks.

Great transit hotel clost to the airport

Great hotel to stay in if you are in transit, or need to get to Haneda airport early in the morning.
Short walk to the train station, with mostly residential/commercial buildings around the hotel. Not much of tourist attractions, but there are a few pubs, cheap eateries and convenient stores around the hotel.
Rooms are clean, however when we first checked in the room smelled of cigarette smokes. The room does have a air filer machine which we left on when we went out, and the room was cleared of smell by the time we got back. There are no special smoking rooms available in the building except for outside, so some people may smoke in their room.. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, and nice bathroom areas.
Unfortunately, the location is pretty far from Tokyo city, so catching a train to anywhere may take awhile with a few train changes. Even a travel to Odaiba took nearly an hour for us.
Hotel Feature Tip:
As the hotel provide free bus transfer to the airport, it is best to check with them on the bus schedule when you check in, as some of the bus may be porpular and be full early.
It is a first in, first served basis, and unable to reserve a seat.

Small Clean Room and Good Services Staff Hotel

Our second time, stay at this clean & good services Hotel at great location at Tokyo Haneda Airport. There's free shuttle bus till midnight services to the hotel. Also near Japanese foods small restaurants & 711 store ( 3 minutes walk ). Best for rest or transit only, before do explore Tokyo next day.

Quiet and very close to the airport

The hotel was nice, but I had to find my own way to the hotel from the airport. I thought there was shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, but there wasn't, at least not for my arrival time. This was a major disappointment. Plus, the shuttle does not depart every 10 minutes (as indicated on the website), it departs every 20.

Good for transition at Haneda Airport.

We've stayed there previous night of early morning flight at Haneda airport. The airport was overseen from the room window and there was a free shuttle bus to the airport. There were small restaurant and convinience store around the hotel. I stayed in a double bed room with my wife and little child but the bed was a little too small for three of us. I think this place is best for business traveller during transition at Haneda airport.
