Staff r nice and helpful. Tho it's not exactly stated at Shinjuku, it takes only 20 mins walk from Hotel to Shinjuku centre or you may go by metro which takes 2 stations to get there. Room is small but it's clean and well equipped. It's a pretty gd choice for short stay traveller who prefer stay away from crowd.

Friendly service, but caution when booking
Close to the Yotsuya Sanchome station, easy to get around, Family Mart next door, staff very accommodating, beds and amenities as pictured

First things first, make sure to confirm that you are booking a room with two twins. I didn't triple check, and assumed that the superior twin came with twin beds as that is the picture that shows up on the Agoda website. However when you actually book, it shows up as accommodating for one person. When we got to the hotel, that was a huge issue for us, but the staff was very helpful, and the manager told us that a room with an additional twin bed would be roughly $20 extra usd a night, which wasn't too bad.
The room inside was very clean and seemed decently updated. The water pressure and the water temperature in the bathroom was awesome as were the little brushes and toiletries that they provide. Housekeeping was also very friendly, although they spoke little to no English.
Travel tip:
To get here from the airport, take the Narita express, get off at Tokyo Station and then transfer to the Marounouchi line on the subway (the red line and not the JR line). The hotel is a short walk from the Yotsuya Sanchome station if you take the exit for the fire station and make a right when getting out, it is just along that street. You should see a building with a neon blue squiggle light on your left side of the street when you are walking there. However the Yotsuya Sanchome station does not have elevators or escalators to my knowledge, so if you have a lot of luggage, this may be an issue for you. I bought the package for the airport express and the suica card, which I think is the best deal, and if you are staying in Japan for at least a few days, it's worth it. It's like the octopus card in HK, you can recharge it and they keep a deposit which they return in the end.
Didn't really visit very many places directly around the hotel except for family mart for a water or Calpis before returning home, but there are a few restaurants around here. Was just too easy to hop on the subway and head over to Roppongi for Ippudo Ramen, Harajuku for crepes or Shinjuku for other eateries.

Will not stay in this hotel again. Complimentary Internet doesn't work, cannot resolve even thou we complained to front desk. Staff cannot speak English, difficult to communicate.

this is a good hotel for people who want to stay in central tokyo but in a relatively quiet area of shinjuku and who don't need many hotel facilities. it's a 2-minute walk to the nearest subway station, a 5-minute walk to shinjuku gyoen park, and a 20 minute walk to shinjuku station. nicely furnished rooms, not so small by japanese standards. there is a small empty fridge in the room, and a supermarket across the road.

stayed there for 2 nights. the hotel was little bit older but still in good condition; free wifi is a good bonus. the hotel rooms are clean, but like most hotels in tokyo, the rooms are small. the hotel is close to the marunouchi line, not the jr line, so it's not as convenient.
