Fast, friendly, English speaking front desk. Clean, well taken-care of rooms. Buffet breakfast. Within walking distance of Shinjuku station.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights on our first trip to Tokyo and we loved it! The rooms were clean and had everything you could need including a mini fridge. The front desk spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the wi-fi but it was available in our room. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station and not hard to find with the map provided on their website. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and anyone who is looking for a clean, relatively cheap hotel with a great location!

internet using while standing up and closed late at night
The hotel staff are extremely helpfull and i liked the free internet in the lobby, just too bad there were no chairs there and that after 1 am they close it, but other than thats it helped me a lot. the hotel location was good for me, i dont mind walking 10 minutes to the subway and also i found it pretty easily. the room was good, not too small for me and also clean and very comfortable bed. i was expecting a tiny room with a hard bed so it was a very nice outcome.
nice breakfast, not luxurious but sufficient for me.

Quiet area.
Nice room on a non-smoking floor.
Friendly staff.
A bit of a walk from the subway staion - but not terrible (about 20 minutes).
This hotel is quite nice and was well worth the money. The staff was friendly and spoke a little English. Free internet was nice to have and getting a room on one of the two non-smoking floors was a bonus.
Being in Shinjuku is great although it is approximately 20 minutes from Shinjuku subway station by foot (where you get dropped off if you take the bus into the city from the airport). It is not hard to find if you take a map printed out on any of the online mapping/navigation programs.
I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.
