Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great location
Location, neat modern room

You barely need to walk outside of Tokyo station to get to this hotel, which suited us as we only stayed one night before heading of to Kyoto.
Service was friendly, helpful and courteuos in the classic Japanese way.
The rooms were not huge but well layed out, although for a longer stay it might be worth looking for an upgrade from this room to aviod living completely out of your suitcase - for a few nights though space-wise it would be managable.
Internet etc all worked well with no issues.
And the bathrooms have these nice loofah/washcloth things, which were good.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Head for the Yaesu North exit of Tokyo station and look for the Sapia Tower signs.

Great hotel to use as a base in Tokyo - right next to Tokyo Station. Easy walk to many tourist attractions, or jump on subway below hotel. Good size rooms by Tokyo standards, great views over city skyline. One negative was no wifi.

Excellent location at Tokyo station, very quiet hotel, modern, very efficient and friendly staff

this hotel is very convenient if you are in transit in tokyo, either arriving or leaving via plane, as it is easy to catch a connecting train at the station. there are very good restaurants at the station, less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
the view from the hotel over the tokyo skyline is amazing, especially at night.
it is also very peaceful and quiet.
Restaurant Tip:
A wide variety of restaurants are available at Tokyo station

great location and rooms with a view
great service, very stylish building and rooms, great location for the Narita Express and sight seeing
9.3
A very convenient hotel for a stop over in Tokyo without staying out at Narita. The hotel is literally outside the doors of Tokyo Station, and with a Daimaru within a minute's walk great shopping and food is near. Staying on the 34th floor gave a wonderful of the Tokyo skyline. Also an easy stroll to the palace gardens, Ginza etc. Only downside was that the rooms are smallish in comparison to similar priced Tokyo hotels.

30 second walk to Tokyo Station, rooms small but bvery nice.
8.7
This hotel is adjacent to Tokyo Station, so if you're arriving at Narita, you can just take the Narita Express and easily be at your hotel. The hotel lobby is on the 27th floor, and that puts you way above all the street and train station noise.
The rooms are nice, not enormous, but good by Japan standards. Nice flat panel TV. However, could have used a comfy chair to make the room complete (although there was not really any room for it).
Since it has quick access to Tokyo Station, there are many restaurants and shops nearby.
Overall, the hotel is nice and stylish, the location is great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can walk about 10 minutes to get to the Imperial Palace area for a bit of sightseeing or join all the other joggers there for some exercise.

Great location on top of Tokyo Station
Nice room - excellent service
8.3
I stayed he for about a week and was very pleased with the room, the amenities and the service. The room has a nice feel about it. I have stayed in many hotels in Japan and this was certainly not the most luxurious, but the room was not too small and nicely decorated. Top attraction is the fact that it is on top of the central transportation hub of Tokyo and Japan. Tokyo station for bullet trains to Kyoto and Osaka and the Yamanote and Chuo lines for central Tokyo. Also the subway network is served from Otemachi station just next to the hotel. At the heart of Tokyo's business district, it is convenient for business travelers; perhaps less interesting, location-wise, for tourists.
