Convenient location
Proximity to train station
8.7
Room was quite size able, convenient location to the ibekeru train station. Quite a lot of restaurants around.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't stay here if only have very short stay and coming from narita - it's the last stop on narita express.

Rooms were small but the arrangement of the furniture made the rooms quite comfortable. The swimming pool and fitness center is additional cost, which was not specified in the hotel details. Staff could speak English but not very well. The hotel was close to the subway, shopping, and nightlife.

Nice hotel close to train station
We really enjoyed our brief stay. Room was efficient. Nice views from the room. Beautiful entrance and lobby area.
9.3
What we really liked was the service from the front desk. We received a couriered package with all our itinerary contents without a problem. Very helpful and cheerful staff.

Fast and seamless connection from Narita International airport to the hotel by airport limousine. Its location has easy access to trains and buses stations. Awesome. Breakfast dining has limited value for money comparing the price vs choice of foods. No discount privilege for staying-in guests. Hotel facilities such as gymnasium and swimming pool access is priced at Yen 2100 per day. Too pricey to use the facilities.

This is a nice, big hotel in a great location. It's right next to Ikekuburo Station which is a major stop and transfer point on the Tokyo Subway. Not only that, I'm a big ramen fan, and I heard this area is known for it's ramen. The hotel itself has a lot of amenities like restaurants, shops, and a fitness center. But, I didn't use any of them because I was out pretty much all day. Additionally, there's some major department stores attached to the subway station. Another bonus is the Airport Limousine Bus that stops at the hotel every hour (3,000 Yen). I liked the complimentary English language Japanese newspaper they hung on my door every morning.
Restaurant Tip:
In the lobby, there is a guide to Ikekuburo. Pick it up if it's there. It showed some hot ramen spots since Ikekuburo is known for it's ramen. I liked Bankara Ramen.

Beautiful rooms and great location - recommended
8.3
Lovely hotel - rooms were a decent size, modern, exceedingly clean and very tastefully furnished. Located virtually across the street from the Ikebukuro station, accessing the rest of Tokyo's hotspots (e.g. Shinjuku, Shibuya etc.) is a breeze. 5 minute walk from a great variety of restaurants (western, quick service, izakaya and anything else in between) and shopping. The best service came from the bell desk staffers, who really went the extra mile. The front desk folk were pleasant enough, albeit a little unenthusiastic.
If you're unsure of which area to stay in, rest assured that Ikebukuro is a great choice, as is the Metropolitan.
