Good size room and very comfortable. Only disappointment is the carpet of the room has a lot of stains and is time to change or at least do a shampoo on them. I have stayed in this hotel every year and the carpet condition has been the same and this is the only disappointment.

Oh my goodness this was the best hotel. The price was perfect and the staff excellent. I am just very pleased with this hotel and I do plan on staying with them again. I will recommend this hotel to all business associates that come into Japan.

Excellent place to stay
Hotel 's location is superb, very near to train station. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, they can sPeak well english. There is shuttle bas from airport to the hotel. strongly recommended

I've stayed in this hotel for many times already, it's easy access from everywhere, 30sec walk to closet shopping mall with many shops and restaurants, and there's a convenient store around if you need any ramen or food in the middle of the night. and some of their room can see the mountain Fuji which is really a big surprise! The hotel has renovated which make it more comfortable!
