Small room but very clean and fast wifi

The single room was pretty small (Tokyo standards) but very clean and well equipped. Location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from Ikebukuro JR/Metro station. Wifi is free and very fast. Direct airport shuttle at affordable prices to and from Haneda (1200Y) and also Narita. Hotel staffs are friendly and speak good english.

the staff were prompt to attend to my needs (the staff who came to check on my window, the staff who very promptly gave me a map and suggested a famous ramen place at Ikebukuro to me). free internet use was only available at the lobby, thus not very convenient. However the convenient location of the hotel was great.

The hotel claims to have a swimming pool but guests have to pay 25USD to use the pool each day, so this is misleading as you can stay at a cheaper hotel and pay to use a public pool. You also have to pay for wifi access in your room. Overall I think the hotel prices is too high considering that you have to pay for all services.

Very awesome service, staff could speak English. Wi-Fi is not free but just 500Yen for the WHOLE duration of stay (very worthwhile).

Easy access to train lines & food areas
Airport Bus picks/drops at hotel. Cetnrally located with access to most train lines. Plentiful of restaurants to choose from.

We took a small double bedded room and it lived up to its description. Room was a tad small but still comfortable. Not enough closet space for 2 women who stayed there for 8 days but we managed. Hotel is only 5 minutes walk to train station and it was extremely easy to get around. There's a Family Mart around the corner for some quite bites, snacks and drinks. Another 10 minutes walk and you can find shopping centers and affordable eateries. The airport limousine bus drops off/picks up at the hotel which made it even easier and better for us as our flight arrived at 8am in the morning and we took a short nap on the bus which took us straight to the hotel.
