close to everywhere in ginza, many cafes and restaurants near the hotel, clean hotel

I would say, our trip this time in Tokyo in medium scale, because our stay in monterrey, the service was actually ok, but the room itself that needs to be renovated. more lights, new pillows, change color of the rooms wall - because it makes gloomy environment.
But overall the stay there was quite good.

we stayed in ginza la soeur for just one night and for the the price we paid i can't really complain about it as ginza is the most expensive place to stay in all of tokyo. the hotel was conveniently located outside ginza-ichome station and only 5 minutes walk from ginza station where you will find an array of shops and fancy restaurants to visit. the hotel was quite nice with friendly staff however it was an inconveience to have to call down to reception during the night everytime we wanted to adjust our rooms temperature as this was the hotels procedure when using the heaters. also, it would have been nice to have a proper information booklet on the hotel with information regarding check out times etc and our toilet was making loud noises all night! however overall i would recoment the hotel for people wanting to stay a short time in ginza.
Travel tip:
take exit 11 at ginza-ichome station and you will see the hotel right in front of you!

A very pretty hotel

this hotel was satisfying for me. it has free internet service, the decoration and interior of the hotel was beautiful, and it was close to the subway stations. ginza itchome station and ginza station were all very near. i did not have any trouble staying here, the staff spoke good english, and the rooms were decorated beautifully and were very clean. if you want a cheap meal, there's a lawsons convenient store that is very close to the hotel. but as it is with other japanese hotels, the room is very small, and there isn't much room to fit in large suitcases.

We had a wonderful time in Tokyo. We were happy with our choice of hotel. Monterey La Soeur is very charming hotel, the lobby, corridor and lift are very well designed and decorated. The room is rather small if compared to hotel in Bangkok or Indonesia or Canada but it is quite acceptable for the place like Tokyo or New York, Geneva. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and well equiped. The bathroom is clean, bath tub is good. The hotel is located right in Ginza, the most busy place in Tokyo but there is no noise once you are in your room. We will stay this hotel if we come back to Tokyo next time.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The price is very reasonable. Room is clean and cozy. Hotel is 5 minute walking to most beautiful shopping area of Ginza and is close to food shops and restaurant.

Nice cosy hotel in midst of Ginza

The hotel is smaller than its sister hotel a block away and has quieter friendlier feel. It's a stone throw from restaurants, cafe and very near the metro subway. The Ginza main street is nice walk for the window shoppers and with lots of departmental stores along the street. It is about a km from the Tokyo central station and Imperial palace and even nearer to the yurakucho metro where itocia and other shopping /eateries are situated.

I stayed in monterey akasaka once. I have good memory there. So I booked this hotel however monterey Ginza la soeur is much smaller. The room was very quite so It is perfect room for only sound sleep and good location.

great room right next to ginza shopping room is right next to the main shopping strip of ginza also some really good restaurants nearby and the train station is only a minute away. staff were very well english spoken. the rooms was very clean
