Lovely hotel, great location, helpful staff
Great location on a quiet backstreet off the main big Ginza Street, close to everything. Lovely area.

They dont appear to have non smoking floors, we had a non smoking room but could still smell fowl cigarette smoke in the corridor wafting from other rooms, not very pleasant. Still like this hotel, we've stayed here twice but wish they would banish the smokers. Only one news channel in english but wifi in the rooms.

Great staa. Rooms are small but well appointed . Extremely clean and great bathroom amenities . Get the prepaid breakfast you can skip lunch after that. Metro is right below the hotel extremely convenient . Rooms very quiet and great housekeeping staff. Just 5 minutes from Ginza shopping area. Great job on the selection of staff. 5 star quality

We had family trip. me and my wife and my 3y daughter. we change three room until twin can feel better space. this hotel location for mostly tain line is so easy. family mart just 3m walk. There room have 3 size 15(single),16(double),20(Twin)
Hotel Feature Tip:
Air conditioning seems no function! My wife event can't sleep two night.

Bit old but overall good enough

The hotel could definitely use a touch up. Bed, bathroom, floor, elevator.. they're all a bit too old. Although this also has its charm, I'd like the hotel to keep up with modern standards.
Rooms are too small. I would not recommend going here with a baby or small kids.
Location is great, easy access to multiple subway and train lines, close to shopping, restaurants and sights.

We love the location of the hotel. The staff was also really helpful when our daughter fell down in the room and broke her lips. He helped call a taxi and called the hospital to enquire about insurance and also to inform them of our arrival.

this hotel suited us very well. only thing we wished we had taken notice of was how small everyone said the rooms were. we booked a double room - assuming the bed would be at least queen size and our 4 year old daughter could sleep with us. but the bed was double and no where else to put any luggage barely. so we swapped to a twin - which had two king singles and had much more room to move around (cost extra 2000 yen per night - which was totally worth it).
Restaurant Tip:
for us aussies - we took awhile to work out where all the shops and restaurants were - they are basically under ground and in train stations - which we were not expecting. once we worked that out we found some great shops and places to eat.

I would say, our trip this time in Tokyo in medium scale, because our stay in monterrey, the service was actually ok, but the room itself that needs to be renovated. more lights, new pillows, change color of the rooms wall - because it makes gloomy environment.
But overall the stay there was quite good.

Nice cosy hotel in midst of Ginza

The hotel is smaller than its sister hotel a block away and has quieter friendlier feel. It's a stone throw from restaurants, cafe and very near the metro subway. The Ginza main street is nice walk for the window shoppers and with lots of departmental stores along the street. It is about a km from the Tokyo central station and Imperial palace and even nearer to the yurakucho metro where itocia and other shopping /eateries are situated.

バスローブではなくパジャマがあるのもよかった。
日本のホテルでは広めのバスタブが有るのも良かった。

銀座でAgotaのお値段は安いと思いました。また、絶好のロケーション。どこに行くにも便利。すぐ近くに銀座１丁目の駅がある。コンビニも近い、ドトールも近くにあるし、不自由なし。
部屋はもちろん狭いですが、バスタブはまだ、広さがあるし、
ホテルの使い勝手は良かったです。
