Great place with good atmosphere
Convenient, cheap and very friendly staff. Also, near to the train station that can take you anywhere!!!

The hotel are western style rooms, but when you get to your room you can definitely tell you're not in a western hotel. They provide yukata's and shoes to wear in the hotel, as well as a host of kitchen goods that allow you to stay in a cook yourself if you wanted to. The hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and convenient stores, and also a shopping plaza that is perfect if you don't feel like traveling to a different city some day.

this hotel is located in a strategic location, which is easy to access and not far from JR Kameido Station and other public facilities like LAWSON Convenience Store and Rambling Market Sunstreet.
the staffs were nice too, and their English is quite good and understandable.
the room is quite small, especially the bathroom, but the facilities are quite complete. we can use electricity for free and the tap water is drinkable. so, though the room is not so big, it's comfortable to stay there.
contra: there is no garbage can around the hotel room, so you should go to the parking lot at the first floor if you want to throw the trash on the garbage can there.

NIce location but small room. equipped with all necessities etc.. microwave, water boiler, dryer...
1 thing i like is the quietness & privacy especially i don't like house keeping during my stay in hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
There a yakitori shop near our mansion which taste very nice. Should try!

the hotel was serviceable. the staff was pleasant and respectful. the location was very convenient to kameido station, and not far from the subway lines that could be accessed through kinshicho and nishi-ojima. i would not recommend having more than one person in the room, as it was extremely close quarters, even by the standards of japanese hotel rooms. the free umbrellas in the lobby were a nice touch, especially as my visit coincided with rainy season.
Travel tip:
Kameido Station is not served by many rail lines, and the closest metro stops (Kinshicho and Nishi Ojima) are a good 20-minute walk away.

My stay at this hotel was excellent and I’ll stay there again when i get the chance, the staffs English was excellent and they were also able to give me directions to some good tourist areas around Tokyo.
Shopping Tip:
Take this Hotel if you wish to go the Akiba.

the room we booked was a "semi-double" which meant that the bed was like a wide single bed. although cramped, it was still very comfortable. the room size was like a large closet; furniture, bed, and bathroom ran down the sides of a narrow walkway. there was lots of storage to put away your traveling items, which helped make the room seem bigger. you get a microwave, tv, dvd player, water boiler (mostly for instant ramen), and a lan internet cable with free internet. the internet connection was hit-and-miss but nice that it was free. the bathroom was like an airport bathroom, with the toilet turned diagonally to fit. you almost had to leave the door open to use the toilet. besides feeling like we were living in a camper, the hotel was great and much cheaper than everything else around. the staff were ridiculously helpful, spoke great english, and never tired of our endless questions. they even printed multiple maps and directions in english for us. the other benefit to this hotel is the location. it's near both the jr train station (kameido) and a tokyo subway station, so you have access to either line (very necessary!). two blocks down the street is a wonderful outdoor mall with many restaurants and shops to explore. although small, this hotel has so many benefits, i would definitely stay here again.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the Sizzler restaurant at the outdoor mall two blocks from the hotel. Although not my favorite restaurant in America, this Sizzler had an amazing salad bar that incorporated both American-style and Japanese-style food choices. If you're ready for some American food after traveling for awhile, this is a great place.

Good location with good service at the front desk
Hotel is right between a Tokyo subway line and a JR line which will take u anywhere u need to go. Near a shopping center w a supermarket, electronics, food, and clothes.

A little strange that there is no housekeeping during your stay but the ppl at the front desk are very helpful. There was one girl in particular who spoke english very well and was always ready to help in any situation, including printing a few subway routes and information off the internet for us. If you want to use internet bring your computer bc there is no wireless.
The rooms are fine for what you pay. The bathrooms are pretty tiny but it worked out. The bed is about a full maybe a little smaller.
There is an amazing sushi bar across the street from the Sunny shopping center and down the street to the right just about 50 meters. The sushi chefs there speak some english and are really a great time. Its a delicious way to spend an evening- try the "happy" sake.
Travel tip:
I had some trouble locating this hotel because the addresses in Tokyo can be confusing. When you arrive on the JR line from the airport come to the main street (Funabashi) and turn left on it. You should be able to see the McDonalds and Toys R Us signs in the Sunny something shopping plaza. Turn right on the walking path directly next to the Sunny shopping plaza and continue about 1.5 or 2 blocks. The hotel will be on your left.

This hotel is your standard business hotel and is decent for the price. It has restaurant facilities. It is a bit of a walk from the closest station and you should steer away from the smoking rooms. The hotel also has no cleaning service facilities so you have to take your own rubbish with you and your room will not be cleaned if you stay for more than one night. If you are looking for decent very budget accommodation, this is it.
