room for 3 of us just fine than all room come with massage leg chair its was very nice when back from disney ..The hotel staff also friendly too when we are asking so many quenstions they are so happy to answer for.we will stay again when next time coming for tokyo disney .

Clean hotel close to Disneyland

we did not know the directions to this hotel from jr maihama, so had to take the taxi there. costs yen700 for only 3 minutes ride. we went to disneysea the next day. hotel provided free bus shuttle service to disneyland which was convenient. note that pick up from hotel is at 8.05am and 8.35am with services only till 10am. on the return trip the bus will pick you up at 9.30pm from the jr station. we only happened to find the bus stop by chance after seeing the bus on the road. it would be good if the bus driver had told us exactly where we would be picked up.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
make sure you pick up the leaflet from front office telling you the time of the free bus service and the last pick up time otherwise you would need to walk back to the hotel (about 25 minutes walk)

Location is good for the price paid. Staffs are knowledgable even though they English's proficiency is limited.
There's a shortcut from Ispiari Mall to the hotel. From the mall, head towards Ambassador Hotel and before the hotel lobby, there's a escalator going up to lvl 2. Take the escalator and walk towards to overhead bridge. Once you're over the other side of the road, walk diagonally across the public carpark and the hotel is just across the road.
There's also a newly opened Lawson which is just 5 mins walk away from the hotel

Always walk towards Ambassador Hotel if you want to walk back to the hotel

Free shuttle services to Disneyland and Disneysea

Twin bed, TV programs are in Japanese, I loved the foot massage machine, it was great especially after the Disneyland and Disneysea. Room size was okay in Japanese standards. One notice though, the hotel website says that it is just a 12 minute walk from JR Maihama station but in fact it was about half an hour, and with all the luggage, it was really exhausting. Maybe you can hire a taxi to go there.

hotel is decent.. clean, size of our twin room was bigger than other tokyo hotels... the room worked well as we traveled with a 2yo, we were up on 6th floor and it was pretty quiet when he had to nap, etc.. the price of this hotel is what initially drew us as other disneyland hotels were in the usd range, this was almost 3x less. again with a 2yo and no stroller, it was about a 12 minute walk to disneysea, the entrance for disneyland is a lot farther so we caught the shuttle provided by the hotel to disneyland in the morning, and then caught a taxi back as the hotel shuttle would only at 930p for return to the hotel, and it would pick you up at the train station with is about a 1/3 the way back to the hotel. the walk from the train station to the hotel is about 15 min.. there is no eating places around, only breakfast is served at hotel, however there is a lawson a 5 min walk away. overall for the price this hotel worked for us.

Close Proximity to DisneySea
Very friendly and helpful staff. Were able to provide a thermometer when my child developed a fever during our stay. breakfast was okay my Son was disappointed that there were no waffles like in the picture of the buffet we saw in the elevator.

Overall the room is decent, with the room space being just right. The hotel provides limited free shuttle service to the 2 Disneys, but the shuttle did not come as scheduled to pick us up from Maihama Station.
