near to metro station, loads of F&B Nothing much around that area We were at the hotel over the new year period. The hotel was fully booked and simply jammed packed. However, the hotel was well prepared. There were adequate staff to provide required services and they are extremely friendly and helpful. As alot of privately owned resturants were closed over new year, we were grateful that there is a wide variety of F&B within the hotel. Though not cheap, the quality is good. Would have given it a much higher rating for 'value for money' if not for the fact that the new year rates were really high - everywhere.

Location was a major plus point. The food outlets in the vicinity provided lots of choices. The rooms are a little basic and could do with some enhancements. The price of the rooms did not include breakfast, it would be ideal if breakfast can be thrown in. We had a fantastic time in Tokyo. The location of the hotel was excellent and the grounds are lovely - especially the gardens. I particularly like the fact that the hotel is accessible to the metro stations with both the Maruonuchi and Ginza lines yet away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. The hotel staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and generally helpful.
