Clean, quiet, confortable, courteous and efficient and polite staff. Very close to the airport so that tired travellers can get to and from the airport. A free airport shuttle service is provided to and from the hotel.
No free breakfast for overnight stays for next-day connecting flights guests.
The lack of a free breakfast aside, the Hotel Nikko Narita is an excellent hotel to stay. I would highly recommend to my family and friends travelling to Tokyo or staying overnight in Tokyo and continuing onto another destination to stay here. The check-in staff was most kind to tell me when the last shuttle was departing the hotel for the airport the next day. It was all the little things that they did that made even my very short stay there relaxing and enjoyable.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you are travelling from Canada or the Unites States, bring your own shaving cream/gel. Althought this is provided by the hotel, it was very different from what I was used to and was not able to shave without multiple cuts on my face and neck.

It does not provide customers with a receipt when booking from internet through agoda
It meets the most import needs for travelers: quick get in, take a bath and go sleep. The location is excellent for people who stay for transfers. It is not very convenient if the customers want to go out for diner, shopping or entertainment.

great location Good size rooms, great service . bus to and from the airport.
We have been to this hotel last year and was happy to return back this year.We had a triple room which included 2 double beds and a fold away bed which was quite comfortable.We found this room was a little old looking but i would return again next time ..
Travel tip : get the earlier bus to the airport for shopping at narita airport
