Small rooms but great service and locations

Was there to stay as a last stop before getting back to singapore. Room was small, but toilet space is comparable with bigger hotels' in tokyo. Great beds and enough facilities in the room.Booked two rooms for my family ( 2 adults and two kids aged 6 and 9) and luckily we did or else, would be packed like sardines.
Free buses to town, and was a great place to sight seeing and shop.
Will definitely come back here and stay longer the next time.

My stay is good with a little things for the hotel to carefully check. when I entered the assigned room for me, i went straight to the bathroom, but I found out that the trash can had a tisssue in it,(not been clean yet?). and there is no slipper in the room. I called the housekeeper and soon they send somebody to clean up the room. to give credit to her, she keeps on telling me, sorry. I might suggest to be more careful next time.

My stay here was short but it left a huge mark on me. A very convenient hotel for the airport - with a good shuttle bus to and from the airport. The staff, including the bus driver, were really friendly and accomodating. The service staff is efficient, proactive, and friendly! With the people's reviews in mind, I was expecting a shabby room, but their rooms were way better from what I have expecting. There's free wifi inside, a soft bed, very clean and comfortable washroom with complete toiletries; Everything was immaculately clean! And For someone like me who's not good with buffets, having a 24hr convenience store on the ground level is greatly appreciated. Check-in and check-out time was done quickly which was favorable for me since I arrived late at night and had to leave really early to catch my train. I would definitely visit this hotel again whenever I would visit Japan.

This is a good layover hotel or if you have an early morning flight out of Narita. A very good value. Rooms are small (standard for the area) but very clean and comfortable.

The room is small, clean, and very near to the airport and aeon shopping mall. they provide free shuttle bus to the airport and also to the shopping mall. anyway, the bathroom is very nice!.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If u're only want to spend a night for a transit, this hotel is recommended.
