This hotel has a great location to the airport, early start and late finish shuttle bus and good quality for your money

It was great staying at this hotel. Love the little stores downstairs. The restarants were expensive and there were no other restarants close by. It was handy to have a shuttle to take us to the shopping mall except we were dropped off too soon and we were not able to communicate with the driver whether it was the mall or not. We had to take the taxi a short distance to the mall.

This hotel is very handy to Narita Airport with a free shuttle to both Terminals, as well as the local shopping centre.

The staff speaks verys good English, although it would have been nice to see guest information in English in the room instead of keep checking with the staff, who were very helpful. Food was good quality with a light menu available, and there is also a convenience store in the lobby for snacks.

Hotel is close and convenient to airport
This hotel is located well for access to Narita Airport, both Terminals with a free hotel shuttle service running regularly. There is also a convenience shop on the ground floor selling snacks.

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly, but more of their information needs to be in English especially the shuttle service information. It is easy to get to Narita-San Shrine to fill in time or go to the Terminals to do some tourist shopping.
