The hotel is very beautiful and luxurious. We loved the view from our room, although we would have preferred to have a room with a view of the bridge. We were surprised and disappointed when we were told we'll be charged for the use of the swimming pool. They also charged us for the use of the internet-a thing we haven't seen for years. The breakfast buffet was over priced, mediocre food quality,& poor celection. I had a massage at the spa, it was one of the best shiatzu massage I've ever had.

Fantastic views from every room. Our room was very specious, with a beautiful, well equipped bathroom. The service was impeccable. I had a great shiatzu massage. although it's quite far from the city center, The views while crossing the bridge are stunning.

they are charging for the use of the swimming pool- which is unbelievable. charges for the internet connection which is passe, The food is mediocre - especially breakfast, It's bad value for the money.

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A great stroll in the park near the water. Avoid breakfast!!!

This is a really beautiful hotel. The views of Tokyo harbour were truly magnificent. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Even going out of there way to help us find special things in Tokyo. The rooms were very spacious - and the bathroom was wonderful. It had a separate area for the shower and bath and toilet. There was even an art exhibition happening while we were there which changed. It was a beautifully appointed hotel. I felt truly pampered. A great refuge from the chaos of Tokyo!

The view was superb - hotel room very spacious.

The only problem was that it was a bit out of the way. - but Diaba is an OK location anyway. Very interesting place and there is a lot of shops and restaurants there.

I already have lived in Tokyo as foreigner. Whenever I used to go to Odaiba, I wanted to stay one night at Nikko hotel. My dream was accomplished.

Shape and structure of hotel is very beautiful. Every staff was very kind to guests, they seem to know what guest need.

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel even though I have visited Japan over 20 times. Such as balcony!!! It is rare to find hotel with balcony and even those with a nice view of Tokyo. Room size, not sure about the exact size but can feel so comfortable when comparing with others at the same price level.

Quiet and nice view. Larger room than other hotels at the same price and very private.

This is truly a award winner hotel, staff a friendly and there for the guest 100%. the hotel is amazing and so is the view across the water over looking the bridge and city lights of Tokyo. I would hihly recommend this hotel to every one.

The new wing is stunning and the staff a credit to the hotel.

A little more knowledge of there top sites to see in Japan and better english on concierge.

  • Restaurant Tip : La Rochelle the Iron chefs restaurant and the fish markets.

There is very good nightview in Hotel Nikko Tokyo. The services are so nice and touch heart. The location is nearby the Disneyland Tokyo, and there is a Shuttle bus from hotel to the Disneylad. The most important is that is free. The only minor defect in something otherwise perfect place is the daily breakfast must pay own expenses.Overall all is satisfying

Clean, Good Services, Good night view

Without Breakfast, and the Metro to downtown need to transfer, It is needs more time to Tokyo downtown.
