Quiet haven away from the rush and noise.
Cleanliness - spotless presentation. Staff magnificently helpful and knew the art of top service. Super buffet breakfast.
We really enjoyed our 7 day Tokyo stay over. Hotel in a quiet area, but so close to transport amenities, and has so many delightful little eating places in the surrounding streets. The staff are extra helpful, give the epitome of great service, and always with a welcoming smile. A delightful smaller hotel, for those not wanting the spreading lush luxuries of the multi-nationals.

Clean, Convenient and Centrally located Hotel
Clean, Convenient and Centrally located Hotel, Near to Tokyo Dome
The staffs were friendly could speak decent english. The location of the hotel is just about 3 mins walk from Suidobashi Station and 5 mins from Tokyo Dome. However, several interchange of trains are required to access to the hotel. The Hotel was very clean with perfect shower facilities. Theres also a convenience store right beside the hotel for your daily needs.

It was a great hotel for a couple.
Great English Speaking Staffs. Near public transport. Very neat.
I will definitely be back at this hotel whenever i will be in Tokyo. Check in was fast. No hassle in checking out. Walking distance from train station and there is a convenient store right outside the hotel. Staffs were simply courteous.

clean, peaceful, beautifully arranged
Niwa is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Tokyo. This was my second time I stayed there and would gladly come back again. It is very nicely decorated in the Japanese minimalist manner. Perfect value for money ...

Centrally located and yet serene
Location, good night sleep, Internet access
We were happy we choose Hotel Niwa for our 3 night stay in Tokyo. From Tokyo central station we took the JR Chou rapid line (orange) and in the next stop we changed to JR sobu line (yellow) and another stop we reached Suidobashi station and from there we simply followed the direction shown in their website and reached Niwa without any problem. When we arrived around 2 PM the room was not ready so we went out for a quick lunch and when we got back they not only got the room ready but also moved our luggage. The room was small and functional. At the Suidobashi station there is a small ticket booking office where we can book long distance train tickets which were helpful as we booked our tickets for the onward journey. We also picked up the Suica card which was very handy. We found it to be convenient to go around Tokyo by the JR lines and there is a subway train station right next to the JR line station in Suidobashi which we used as well. Around the hotel and near the station there were plenty of small eateries that were nice and we found few 7/11 stores as well. Overall a convenient hotel for both business and leisure travel and we would be happy to go back.
