Service: simply the best Since the renovation, twin bed room has both beds put together side by side like a king size bed, rather than two beds separated by night stand as how it was previously.

Their service was prompt and met my expectations every way. Some window displays on the arcade floor of the annex are rather ugly. Everyone was ready to serve you the best he/she could. Their service was personal but not intrusive. A most pleasant experience!
Restaurant Tip : Tohkarin, the Chinese restaurant, in the hotel, serves excellent cuisine. Also, the cigar bar on the top floor of the annex offers very relaxing moments.

Good service with trained staff. An old time 5 star hotel. It's not a new stylistic hotel. Old fashioned but they give you a comfort that you need when you are traveling abroad. Reliable services every time. Breakfast included, which makes it a good value. Good quiet location. Under stated decor but good clean facilities though out. They get my vote everytime.
Shopping Tip : I bought lovely art work from Yokohama, a shop at Okura arcade. It was a great experience, good service and knowledgeable staff.
