Bed very comfortable. 7.7 The Okura is a first class hotel in every sense. The staff are polite helpful and extremely attentive. Nothing ever appears to be too much trouble for the front office and concierge staff. (They loan umbrellas to guests when it rains). The hotel is confusing at first because there are two separate buildings and various entrances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The staff loan umbrellas to guests if it is raining.

Good service but more for business traveller. Hotel is near most embassies. 8 I book this hotel thru Agoda cos they got best rates. I stayed there b4 but paid a bomb for it. Friendly English speaking staff, good access to Metro stations although if you are looking for a hotel in the heart of the action/ in a busy nightlife area this is probably not the one as it's a good 10 minute walk to get to any bars, restaurants etc that aren't affiliated with the hotel. High level of security present 24 hours a day as next door to American Embassy. Nightlife Tip: 15 minute walk from central Roppongi

In terms of pricing, you're going to be comparing this place with Park Hyatt and Conrad. It's definitely your more suited for the Japanese traveler. But with that being said, it has great service for those of you looking for a quiet room to book. The location is central, but offset from the main madness of Roppongi / Omotesando / Aoyama. Overall, a good place to stay if you can get the rooms for a bargain.

Something about the place is soo very Tokyo...Great experience and great service! Excellent location near Roppongi but far enough away at the same time too. I will stay again next time I am in Tokyo on business.

Their service was personal but not intrusive. A most pleasant experience! Restaurant Tip: Tohkarin, the Chinese restaurant, in the hotel, serves excellent cuisine. Also, the cigar bar on the top floor of the annex offers very relaxing moments.

An old time 5 star hotel. 8.7 Old fashioned but they give you a comfort that you need when you are traveling abroad. Reliable services every time. Breakfast included, which makes it a good value. Good quiet location. Under stated decor but good clean facilities though out. They get my vote everytime. Shopping Tip: I bought lovely art work from Yokohama, a shop at Okura arcade. It was a great experience, good service and knowledgeable staff.
