Classic but lack of amenities
Classic, a little bit spacious

if you know the neighbor then it would be fine, because Ropponggi cross is 15 mins walk.
Nice to have USD per night, but it included only room, not breakfast and not gym.

Top service but slightly dated design
9.7
Okura is a high-end hotel with long history.
Recently the rooms have been renovated freshly. Rooms are spacious as well as bathrooms. Good quality toiletry.
Although the exterior might be a bit dated, the service of the staff is top notch.
It is a 5 min walk to the nearest subway station and centrally located, suitable for business and pleasure.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Roppongi
Tokyo Tower
Tsukiji Market
Too much to mention.

A noble hotel with bowing receptionists
9.7
I had not expected Agoda to be able to give such a discount on such a high quality hotel. Everything about this hotel is absoltely first class.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It's a bit tricky to find your way on foot i and out of this hotel - just remember what wing you were in and what floor. Don't try to get to the pool in a state of undress: you have to walk through a posh shopping mall to get there from the hotel.

Extraordinary service for business travelers
8.3
While the service, location and facilities are optimal for a business traveller, the facilities are not well suited for a family with small children. Any activity or hotel-facility use will dig deep holes in your wallet and at times one can be met with little understanding of what a holiday familiy needs.

5 stars hotel in all ways
excellent service, good location, quiet etc
10
5 stars hotel in all ways, but we were a bit surprised by the (VERY) high surcharge for using the gym and swimmingpool. None of the japaneese we met during this trip had heard of such a charge, but it seems all highclass hotels has it anyway.
Great hotel that i'll easily recommend, but not without mentioning this extra cost (Y2100 / person/day for indoor swimmingpool, Y3675 person/day/gym

Perfect location, somewhat outdated interior
Quiet, clean, attentive personnel, great location
8
we spent two nights at the hotel and had an ok stay. However, the hotel interior was slightly oudated and we felt like we were back in the 1970's. A bit more of colour, style and general atmophsere would help lift this hotel up into the real high-end category
