Great location but small size

This hotel is located right next to Tokyo station and metro stations. Restaurants, convenient stores and shopping malls are around the hotel. Even though the room size is a bit small, but it is very clean and amenities are more than you need.
Shopping Tip:
Daimaru basement floor and ground floor inside Tokyo station have numerous Japanese food and snack stores. On the top floors there are a lot of good restaurants to eat as well.

Good hotel, located right next to Tokyo station. Staff had a good level of English, and helped us to find our way around the city and to the things we hoped to see, room was nice, all round a good stay.

Quite Close to the Sapporo Station. But it is better to have Wi-Fi in Room although there is a cable for you to connect to the internet. The room is small as usual. Decoration is fine. It is better if the staff can speak more English.

Basic but clean and comfortable hotel very close to Tokyo station, making it ideal for transit, but also close to the shopping areas in Ginza and the main business district of Nihombashi. Very friendly and helpful staff made the stay comfortable

Impressive lobby, small but comfortable rooms

The hotel's reception on the 15th floor was impressive. Staff were overall helpful and the rooms although small is expected in tokyo. We booked a forus bed and was impressed by the comfort of it and the amenities provided by the hotel was above average. A 5 minute walk from tokyo station, it was a good base for our holiday! A major plus was the free wifi in the room. It is however on the slightly more expensive side but we were happy with the overall room and service.

Small rooms with excellent amenities

The quality of the hotel was excellent in every way. High-end fixtures and amenities made up for the size of the room. Every space was utilized effectively making our stay very comfortable and satisfying. They provided many channel options for the television including ones with English. We would stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit the information center near the north entrance of the Tokyo station.

Right next to Tokyo station where there are lots of food choices. Just blocks from the palace gardens as well. Rooms are small, but well appointed with high end fixtures making it very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Tokyo area.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay the first time and have stayed again. this hotel is immaculate and service is excellent. staff are friendly and helpful. the rooms are exceptionally clean and well cared for. the location is also excellent as it is extremly close to tokyo railway station making travelling by train extremly easy.
