Spacious and great service

the hotel staff allowed me to check in earlier and also took good care of some of my luggage when i took a short trip out of tokyo. they have iphone chargers and various phone chargers for loan - free. the area is very central and is about meters from tokyo station, which gets you anywhere. very convenient and a really good hotel. business friendly with free internet wi-fi.
Restaurant Tip:
lots of restaurants all around the area - make sure to go to the smaller roads around as there are many different restaurants to try out!

Just a quick stroll from Tokyo station and walking distance to many things. The staff spoke excellent english and were very helpful. The in house restaurant is surprisingly cheap and has a beautiful view. There is a 24 hour mini supermarket next door - very handy! The rooms are quite nice and clean. If I go back to Tokyo, I'll definitely stay here again. Very happy!

Reviewing this again as we went there twice. We were really happy to go back there. After checkout, they let us leave our suitcase there and gave us an ID tag to collect them later - so convenient... They also gave us perfect directions to where we were going.

had a wonderful 3 night stay and was very impressed with all that the hotel offered us when we where there and could not recommend this hotel enough.3 minute walk to the train station and your off on the train so it's nice and close by.

Good location but small rooms

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, and there are pros and cons to this hotel. It's a great location if you plan to spend a lot of time around Tokyo/Ginza area, around the corner from Nihonbashi station and 7 min. to Tokyo station, also convenient to/from both Narita and Haneda airports. This area has tons of restaurants, cafes and shops. The rooms are clean, modern and new, but it's very small compared to similarly priced hotels in Shinjuku. Also, from the window of my room, I was literally facing the construction of the building next door, so having to keep the curtain closed made the room feel more claustrophobic. The heater is constantly on in the building, and the heat was not so much the issue as the extreme dryness. It's in a business district so the area is empty on the weekends. The staff were friendly and more than happy to make reservations, print directions and provide maps. I would only stay at this hotel again if I could get a bigger room for the same rate.
Restaurant Tip:
Down the street is a great yakitori place/izakaya called Yaesu Imaya, which attracts a lot of the salary men, but it has a very Japanese atmosphere and the food is great. Also, there is a famous anago restaurant called Anago Tamai near the Nihonbashi station.

Modern hotel in great location

The location is great and the hotel has good sized rooms, a good restarant and good facilities. There are numerous shops, restaurants and cafes close by, and it is a short walk to the Ginza area.
The reception area of the hotel is on level 15, so there is only a small entry at street level.
This hotel is good value and I would highly recommend it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A good day trip is to get a train to Asakusa and visit the Senso-ji temple. Then get the water bus down river to the Hama-Rikyu Gardens and find the 300 year old pine tree. It is then a short walk to Shimbashi station to return to Tokyo Station.
