We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Seiyo Ginza - the staff were extremely knowledgeable & helpful with all our questions given it was our first time in Tokyo. The staff also knew us by name within the first day so we were very impressed. The location in Ginza is very convenient as well.

Great location, very helpful & friendly staff.

No complaints!
