This is the second time i'm back staying with this hotel, everything is great about this hotel, except that the room is probably too small. But this is the common problem faced in majority of the Tokyo hotels. It's easily accessible and there's a convenience store just right opposite, a 24 hr Mcdonalds nearby, walking distance to the train station and the bustling shopping centre Lumine. Will recommend to stay in this hotel.
