was a little difficult to find at night time Shinjuku station can be a bit confusing if you have never been there before but once you find it it is only about 4 mins walk to hotel.

Everything was pretty good from the start. We picked the hotel because we were travelling with snowboards and wanted a hotel on the airport shuttle route.
The front desk staff were lovely and the hotel amenities were more than sufficient. The room itself was clean and well serviced. The economy double however, is a tight squeeze - but we knew that, and all we wanted was a bed to sleep in.
The bar is small and smoking is permitted inside (as with other Japanese bars). The italian restaurant is not bad - P/S There is an "all-you-can-drink" option for 1500 Yen (close to this) for red / white / bubbly - only sign posted in Japanese :D Both places offer 10% (service tax) discount for hotel guests.
Check out was also a painless process, as well as organising for the return shuttle bus to the airport.
Would definitely stay there again, although may pick a bigger room next time :D
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are actually 3 x train lines - so watch out when you buy the day tourist pass (we messed up). There is the (a) JR trains (mostly topsides routes), (b) The TOEI lines (subway, limited station), and the (c) Tokyo Metro (subway, more stations). They are not interchangeable on an all-day pass. So either pick the lines / stations you want for an all-day pass (and walk a little sometimes). An alternative is to buy a top-up re-chargeable SUICA or PASSMO pass, which can also be used to make small purchases at shops (e.g. Familymart, etc.). We only had 3 days, so we did not bother.

central location and short distance to busy nightlife. very close to one of tokyo's major stations and shibuya which is where we spent most of our time shopping, eating and clubbing. if your looking to stay out and enjoy the nightlife to the early morning like we did, it is best to stay near shibuya and roppongi (red light district) because the trains stop running around 12:30pm, so you would have to catch a cab home. catching a cab is quite expensive, so the closer to your hotel, the better. spending 1 week here, i would of liked to have bigger rooms for comfort. we had the standard room which was so tiny, there was hardly any space to open our luggages. nevertheless, it is great to stay at if your on a budget holiday and more keen on good location than having a spacious, comfortable and clean room.

Some people complain the room is small, but for me I am fine with that. As you stay in the good location like this and I can understand. I used to enjoy stay in Prince Hotel because most Hong Kong people like to stay there. But this hotel is much new and nicer too.
