good location near JR station and subway station, room is very good value, clean and conveinece

Easy to reach hotel from Shinjuku Station (south exit); and there is a entrance to subway line next to hotel.
The room is very convenience and clean. Staff are helpful. There is a internet room free for guest but only 4 PC.
We easily walk to shop around (Takashiyama, Tokyu hands, other stand olone shops) and find food shop which is not expensive.
Sure, We will stay here again if we visit Tokyo.

it's a great hotel with fair price.there is many key reasons to note about this place,firstly,it was located at center of shinjuku nearly to shopping mall and mass transit which by walk for a few minutes. secondly,it was easy to reach there if you catch a limousine bus from airport, both narita and haneda,the bus will drop you at the hotel. in the other hands,

This hotel is closed to JR station. However, the overall experience inside the room is just average comparing with the price.
No early check-in.
Late checkout can be "free of charge" if you join the membership. This price look acceptable comparing with the normal late checkout charge.
