Good convenient hotel
Location, cleanliness and staff
8.7
Perfect accommodation if you don't intend to spend a long time in the rooms, as they are small as per standard for Japan.
Always had access to computers available to guests and airport bus to hotel is a plus.

Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku
Location, staff professionalism, comfort level and overall business appeal.
9.3
It was a great 5 nights stay at the hotel during the summer June period.
The rooms are slightly small but very well kept and fully furnished and well equipped.
The staff speaks good english and were able to answer all our queries.
The location is also great with mins walk to the Shinjuku station, with nearby 24-hours mart and local eateries.
This is definitely the hotel to be back when staying in Shinjuku!
Great work guys!

great location but small room
best location, just across the road from Shinjuku station
7.7
I have been to Sunroute higashi shinjuku. That room was much better compare to Sunroute plaza shinjuku. But Sunroute higashi shinjuku is very close by to shopping center, shinjuku station, and etc. Also limousine bus drop off and pick up in front off the hotel too. The room was not clean enough. So I cleaned the bed head and table by myself. Sometimes rubbish didn't remove so I removed by myself.
Shopping Tip:
very close. You should buy return limousine bus ticket and get free 2 days passes for Metro subway and very close to the hotel.

Great Stay in Tokyo
Great location, comfortable bed, with Mini fridge, clean bathroom
9
It located in a great location with convenient access to the Shinjuku station. A few mins walk to the busiest shopping and dinning streets in the Shinjuku area. Cozy small rooms with everything necessary, mini-refrigerator, & clean bathroom. I enjoyed the 4-day stay in this hotel.

Excellent stay
- Good location and access to train
- Excellent location for shopping and foods.
- Good shuttle bus services to and from Narita Airport.
8.7
The hotel is strategically location in Shinjuku and really a stone throw distance away from all train services (local & express) to key destinations in Tokyo, Yokohama, Hokone areas. The other good point is that a friendly bus service would stop right in front of the hotel from Narita Airport and vice versa. Excellent and friendly services provided by well trained staff from the hotel. I would stay in this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo.

Excellent location and value for money in an expen
Spotlessly clean, beautiful lobby, good price, incredible location
8.7
The location of this hotel is excellent. Just a few minutes walk to multiple Shinjuku rail and subway lines. You can even walk to Harajuku, Meiji Jinju Shrine and Shibuya in about 20 minutes! The hotel rooms are a little small, but it's to be expected in Tokyo...staff service was excellent and the price was right. You can't go wrong by staying here.

will come back again
location, clean, free internet
8.7
I really recommend this hotel, super convenient, easy to find from the JR Shinjuku exit (take the New South Terrace Exit, this exit is the closest one). Right next door to the hotel is the Metro entrance (Oedo Line), which can take you to Roponggi and Tsukiji Fish market. Free internet is a plus in the room and downstairs in the guest lounge.
One big plus, this hotel is very near takashimaya time square (5-10 mins by foot), there's a shortcut, and there is a good ramen place next to the hotel, and AMPM is right across the street (got 24 hr McDonald round the corner)

A modest hotel near to Tokyo Shinjuku station
Very convenient location, just 3 minutes walk from the South Exit of Shinjuku station. Room is very spacious, neat and comfortable.
7.7
I had tried many other hotels in Shinjuku but most are a bit old even though rating 4 stars or above. This time I stayed in Sunroute Plaza which is very new and bright. Just 3 minutes walk from the South Exit of Shinjuku station. Check-in service is very efficient. For environmental reason, the toilette accessory (apart from shampoo, conditioner and shower gel), you have to pick up from the lobby instead of having a set in each room. My friend and I stayed in the Standard Twins Room, the room is very spacious (sufficient to open 2 big luggage cases and many many shopping bags), neat and comfortable.
If you need to take Narita Express to the airport, better to use the New South Exit of Shinjuku station (ie the one next to Takashiyama), or else you have to carry your luggage and walk a long subway to cross the road inside the station.
