Love the location, it is close to the train and subway stations, major department stores are all nearby, and all the kinds of restaurants are available within walking distance.
The rooms are small but clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and efficient. Will stay here again.

The hotel is quite new. Room rate is reasonable and located very close to the JR Shinjuku station. Very convenient for business traveler and sight-seeing visitors. Room size is small but bigger than the small business hotel. You can even join the loyalty club of the Sunroute hotel chain and accumulate point against the bill for your future stay. Highly recommended.

Good price hotel in Tokyo

Stayed here the last time i was in Tokyo and decided to stay again. As usual the standard were pretty high.
The location is good, and the price isnt too expensive for a place in Shinjuku.
The rooms are abit small, but so are most of the rooms in Tokyo unless you're willing to shell out more money.
Highly recommended for anyone wanted to stay in Shinjuku near the train station

Nice hotel close to rail and subway connections

It was a pleasant stay in a well managed hotel and very close to Shinjuku station so easy to get around Tokyo from here. The rooms are small but to be expected as its Japan. The staff are helpful and a 24 hour checkout desk is useful. Breakfast is ok.

This hotel was a great value for the location. The rooms are not big but fine for us. One downfall is that wi-fi is only available in the lounge area which in this day and age is ridiculous.

Nice hotel, the room was ok, has everything but small and with plastic bathroom. Great location and free internet in the room, wifi only in the main lobby wich was very nice.

near Shinjuku railway station (extremely poor service)

Stay in this hotel for 4 nights. When we backed to hotel room at the 3rd night, we found much "fresh" urine on the toilet floor. We request the staff go to our room, he only say sorry and ask other staff to clean the toilet. No explanation and compensation for this incident. Extremely bad experience. Blacklist!

Spent 5 nights in this hotel. The hotel is very strategically located in Shinjuku, only minutes away by walking from airport limo bus stand and metro station. Shinjuku station is one of the main interchange stations, hence may conveniently access many places from this station. Lots of shopping and eatery spots around this area too. Hotel looks new and very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only downside may be the size of the room which is very small, but not really an issue for us. Overall, highly recommended and definitely will stay in this hotel again.
