Great location with great view.. I enjoy the scenery to the shinjuku Easy access to he shopping malls and many restaurant. The hotel is within minutes of walking to the mrt which provide great access to other places of interest. The room is nice and roomy and the service of the staff are excellent. I will recommend to stay in this hotel in future.

make sure to request non smoking room if you are a nonsmoker because their smoking floors are killers.
bring a small pocket wifi also so you can use the lan cable inside the room and not have to stay in the lobby for the wifi
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very near the main Shinkuju train station. So if you plan to go outside of Tokyo, it's easier.

size of room standard based on japanese sizes. staff was very helpful assisting in explaining how to use the metro and suica card. suggested places to visit and restaurants to try.

Located at a very busy place in Tokyo, many entertainments and foods around the hotel area. Easy to find the hotel and very close to the train station. The room is a bit small, but it is fair if you compare with the prices, provides free Internet in the room, you may bring your own traveling router if you need wifi connection. I will choose for staying in this hotel if I go shijuku again

This is a highly recommended hotel with good space for a couple. I stay on the 14th floor. The location is near the train station with lots of food stall and coffee place around.

Amazed at how small the room was. Entire hotel overwhelmingly smells like smoke. Rooms smelled like smoke even though they were non smoking rooms. Obvious cigarette burns on the floor, carpet, and chair. Room was smaller than my college dorm room! The only pro about this hotel is that it is in a great location, really close to Shinjuku station.
Nightlife Tip:
Close walk to Shinjuku and Kabuchiko

Very smooth on check in and out, hotel room is clear and tidy, but a little bite small. Internet connection is good and a business centre on first floor which provide desk top computer and printer helps to make flights on line check in. Over all, the hotel is good and with reasonable price.

Rooms are very small but this can be expected in Tokyo. Rooms are simple and modern. They really should start providing wifi in the rooms though.
Restaurant Tip:
good restaurants in the neighborhood (such as Kaijin) and just a 5 minute walk from Takeshimaya with plenty of restaurants on the top floor
