Good hotel and value of money

The hotel location is just 3 mins walk from the Tokyo Metro and JR station. It takes only 1 station to Shinjuku.
Its location is surrounded by many restaurants
and shops.
The hotel is clean. Staffs can speak english. The price is reasonable.
Shopping Tip:
There is a discounted store just 1 min walk from the hotel.
It has everything from nail clipper to Louis Vuitton handbags.

The best thing about the hotel is its just beside the takadanobaba railway station. The rooms are neat and reasonable for the price.

The best thing about the hotel is its just beside the takadanobaba railway station. From the Narita airport you can reach the hotel by train. The rooms were small, but neat and reasonable for the price. Breakfast was not included in our package, but you can manage as there are lot of restaurants(Mc.d and KFC too)around the place.The service of the staff was excellent. Even though the communication in English was a problem, they tried level best to help us every needs.Wifi is available in the lobby only. But overall it was a nice experience.

we really enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was so convenient. The staff we very friendly and helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the location of this hotel was very convenient location with easy access to the train station. from there you could go anywhere with ease. a lot of tourist attractions were within reasonable distance from the appropriate train stations, so you could walk to them.

location of the hotel was fantastic... less than 2mins walk from the jr takadanobaba station.. this place is much less crowded compare to shinjuku... the room was surprisingly bigger than other hotels in tokyo, with the price we pay... food can be easily found nearby the hotel ( japanese, fast food etc).. the staff was friendly, nice and very very helpful... overall, two thumbs up for hotel sunroute...

Good location, easy to find
Right outside a JR line station, with plenty of places to eat and a few good 'Western' cafes for those who need a cup of coffee to start the day.

The rooms are small but clean and the location is great - it's a fair walk to the main part of Shinjuku but there are some great places to eat and a few bars and cafes around.

this is the 2nd time i have stayed here. reasons being its price,
location and convenience.
the takadanobaba station is just across the road, eateries are
all over the place. staff are helpful.
Nightlife Tip:
Anytime of the nite, you can walk down to shop or eat or do
last minute shopping. It is so safe...

The hotel is in good location, near subway exit very convenience. There is one shopping build just opposit the hotel. I like 100 yen shop in that building. The room is very clean and quite. The hotel is concern about the enviroment. They will put toothbrush, shower cap,razor in the lobby so if you like to use can take them to your room.
