Wee C. Solo travelers Singapore, April 27, 2013	Fit for purpose Clean room, quiet location, fast internet 6.7 1) Wrong room allocation. Staff allocated me a smoking room when I had selected a non-smoking room in my reservation. They insisted I take the smoking room, and I had to insist they check my reservation, after which they gave me another room. They did not apologise for the mistake. 2) Poor directions. Staff told me the walk to the Odaiba shopping malls would take me 20-30 mins while walk to train station would be about 5-, and the train ride about 10 minutes. I walked to the malls in 10 minutes and saved time and money. 3) Thin walls. Chambermaids make the room up at about 9+am, so forget about sleeping in when they start banging doors.

Business travelers Taiwan, March 08, 2013	great location for Tokyo Big Sight room is clean and the location is closed to exhibtion center 8.3 i was staying hotel trusty bayside for one week due to the exhibition show. I found the room is slightly bigger that one rooms I used to stay in downtown of Tokyo area. However, it was a big noisy since my room is facing the rail for monorail ( i was actually staying in second floor). Other than that, overall the hotel is great.

Solo travelers New Zealand, November 24, 2012	Nice hotel but unimpressed with the service Beautiful view, nice bathroom, good location 8 I arrived late at night and the man who served me wasn't very friendly. They had no non-smoking rooms left so I had to stay in a smokers room for 2 nights. I was told that they could come and spray the room to hide the smell but wasn't offered a non-smoking room. Other than that the stay was very pleasant. My single room was big by Japanese standards and had a lovely room.
