Helpful staff, awesome location, no room for bags

We enjoyed staying at the hotel, though the room itself, while nice and comfortable, has zero room for bags. If we would have had a suitcase, we would have had to lift it on the bed every time we wanted to get something out. The staff was incredibly helpful, really went out of their way to help us, and the location is really great. Very close to the subway and just two stops from Tokyo Station (though you have to switch trains). They have a washing machine on the 5th floor, which is really awesome.
