Rushing to Narita? Stay at this hotel then!

Overall the experience was good. The hotel location, as mentioned before, is the main reason why I chose it; It is a 5 minute slow walk to the T-CAT bus terminal, or a 3 minute run there if you are in a rush.
You need to take note of a few things though; The rooms are small, so 2 people is the absolute maximum you should fit in a room to remain reasonably comfortable. The toilet is small, ceiling height there is low, so watch your hands when you raise them up when you are taking a shower, if you are 5 feet 10 or taller.
The TV is considered a big one (+ point), and internet connectivity (cable connection only, no wifi in the room) is good.
The breakfast is included in the room rate, which is a plus point, but note that the menu is generally repetitive, so you may want to try eating out once in a while to reduce "breakfast menu boredom".

Cosy and clean with comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Simple breakfast is provided, guests can start their activities saving time of buying or having breakfast in restaurant. A few convenience stores within minutes of walk. Easy access to airports with City Air Terminal within 3 minutes walk. Frequent direct buses and travelling time is about 1 hour to Narita Airport.
