Comfortable stay, room is compact but practical.
Location is good as built above subway station and walking distance to Roppongi
Setup for buisness traveller with free internet, full toiletry and free (albeit basic) breakfast.

Located just above Roppongi-itchome station on the Namboku line - fantastic location if you use the Namboku line.
My office is in Akasaka so easily hop into a taxi and it is one fare.
Annoying how the cleaning staff will turn off the a/c AND reset the temperature to 28 degrees. I somewhat understand the turning off of the a/c with Tokyo having to conserve energy but not setting the temperature back to 28 degrees.
Room includes a trouser press which is a nice touch.
Laundry room on the first floor.
Breakfast included, which was fine for me as I am not a foodie.
Walking distance to Roppongi.

could do with wifi but apart from that this is a simple, efficient business hotel which i frequently use. staff are very friendly and helpful with translating addresses from english - japanese for the taxi drivers. breakfast is basic but adequote and the rooms for tokyo are fine in size. cheap as chips as well

A great gym which can be accessed at a discount by asking the receiption

rooms are quite small and breakfast was basic. it claims to have pool and gym but i think these are in the same building complex and extra so check first if you require them. for the rate i got it was ok

Nice and pleasant hotel staff, nice room (I have seen much smaller in Tokyo for more money). It would be good to have more time for breakfeast in the morning on the week-end, they serve only until 9:30am.

right above the metro station, good size room

despite choosing the smallest room type, the size is actually very good by tokyo hotel standard. the location is quite good, being right above the metro station, roppongi itchome. hotel is very clean and presentable without the bells and whistles and is excellent value for money. even though there isnt any restaurant in the hotel, it is not a problem as there are plenty in izumi garden tower which is right outside the hotel.

Very good Tokyo value for money
Great location, clean/quiet rooms, English-speaking front staff, good if you don't need all the extras from a luxury hotel

Hotel is a very good business hotel, or for people who want to be near the main Roppongi or financial office area but don't need/want all the trappings of a top cost hotel. There are about 1,000 bars and restauarnts within 5 minutes walk, so although the breakfast on offer at the hotel is basic, there are so many world-class places to eat and drink nearby it doesn't matter.
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the main nightlife area of Roppongi, and some great shopping. If you want a great fun, value for money teppanyaki experience walk to Teppanyaki Ten (about 10 minutes) which is a very cool spot, food always good and much less expensive than the usual high end Teppan.
