Modern hotel with good location

Although the room is a bit small but everything are fine. There has six room at our floor. We stayed just out of the lift but it was quite. The facilities inside the room all are new. My husband found out the bed a bit hard but it is okay for me. We have the smart phone but don't have WIFI available at the hotel. It is only provide the lan cable to plug with the laptop. So, my husband use the laptop at the reception. The hotel fee is included the breakfast which is the hot dog. We got the cold hot dog when we stayed. Not so good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel just behind the red light distance in Shinjuku. It is the walking distance hanging around for sightseeing. Also, it has the Korean town behind the hotel. It is convenience for eating too.

i had carried out some thorough research prior to booking this hotel and overall gained a very positive impression. i was a little worried about the size of the room but heard this was the norm in tokyo.
i got a little lost trying to find the hotel from shinjuku station and it took a while but with the help of my trusty google maps (but extortionate roaming charges) i was able to finally locate it. after this i never got lost since the hotel is in the red light district where many other hotels are situated.
the lobby is small and inviting. i shared a standard double with my friend for 2 nights and was extremely impressed as it was like no other hotel i'd stayed in before. the decor is super funky and original and the layout is unique.
the shower is powerful, perfect! they also provide pyjamas which make you look like something out of a horror movie and change this each night. no complaints however, they were very comfortable. one thing i would like is a safe though. i do believe tokyo is very safe but just for peace of mind that would have been the icing on the cake.
the surrounding area is bustling at night time and there are lots of cozy bars where you can sit down and have a quiet drink. if you prefer to be in on the action there are also much more livelier areas about 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
shinjuku is amazing! i actually preferred it to shibuya!
breakfast isn't great but i didn't book this hotel for that!
i would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone choosing to stay in tokyo.

Our stay at this hotel was good, the rooms were kept very clean. The location is easy to get to the main area of Shinjuku. Staff were helpful. They serve an interesting breakfast of a hotdog which is brought to your room....
As for the area, there are quite a few gentlemen's clubs around but as we were walking around as a couple the people didn't bother us, they seemed to approach the single men walking around... I think it is quite safe though. Lots of restaurants the area although we usually walked a bit further into the main area to eat as it seemed a bit nicer.

This hotel is close to any sort of shopping one might need. It sits on the very north side of the Kabuki-cho quarter. So you can get in and out of the hotel and totally miss the seamier side of things. Front desk staff very helpful. 5-10 minute walk to the main Shinjuku station which takes you anyway and everywhere. Also around the station is all the shopping you'd ever want with various dept. stores.

good location. it is close to jr station and just within 5 minutes walking distance. there are many shops and restuarant nearby and it is easy for you to chose the one you like. also, the services of the hotel is good. of course, there are some room to improve (ie. the breakfast is "hotdog" only and the quality of paperroll is not good.

The hotel is located in Shinjuku closed to Seibu Shinjuku station. Just 5 min walk from there. In addition, the service is lovely. This was my wife's birthday trip. I asked them to prepare a strawberry cake and they did it nicely. My wife loves the cake a lot. One minor issue for all Japan hotel is that the room is quite small, but everything is good.

difficult to find small hotel. staff tried hard to help but some had limited english. room was excellently designed but the bed very firm.
this is in the middle of the entertainment district surrounded by love hotels and bars. very interesting to those with a broad mind although as a foreigner you are left only to imagine what is going on inside the doors. a wide range of shopping and dining very close to the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
For fashion shopping and dining the vast Lumine complex in Shinjuku station is a great place to start.
