Good location, nice and clean but small room

A bit too small in bedding room, room number 603 is smaller than other room compared to my friends' room number 601.
Shower room is bigger than bedroom. However, this is such a nice and clean hotel, hotel staffs are quite friendly and polite. Location is good for business person, couple and group of friends. Not suitable for family, quite dangerous surrounding at night. There is no dining area in the hotel. Breakfast is worst, they serve cheap cold hotdog in room which is not eatable, rather buy your own breakfast at minimart opposite to the hotel.

Not happy with the breakfast that only have hotdog and no other option. will not choose this hotel if this being informed in their website. not happy with the way the male staff at the reception answered if we could have other things than hotdog for breakfast. so rude!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the hotel is in Kabukicho area. so many things to explore at night.

Lovely Hotel..... More like love hotel!

nice hotel, albeit very small room. clean. the best part about it was being in the middle of "love hotel" district. my partner and i had a laugh when we arrived seeing you could book a room for 2 hours or 5 for those "staying types". i apologized to her for being so tight. would i stay here again? probably not. would i recommend it. absolutely! if your single and want to enjoy all of what shinjuku offers at a budget price. this place is great. if you want to impress your mrs, try the peninsula! they serve a hotdog with pickles and lettuce for breakfast. a signature dish! there is a lawson (7/11) just down the street and plenty of gentleman's clubs i wasnt allowed to go to. overall 6/10!

Modern interior and good location

This hotel is located north Kabukicho area, closed to Shinjuku staion. Shinjuku station is the hub of Tokyo mass transportation, so it is very easy to go anywhere in Tokyo metropolitan area from this hotel.
The interior was very modern and clean, when compared with other hotels around Kabukicho area. The room was not that very spacious, like any other hotels in Tokyo.
The only thing I was not very pleasant about was the way to the hotel from Shinjuku station. Kabukicho area is famous for its decadent night culture, so you have to be advised that you'll be bumping into so many touters on the way to the hotel from Shinjuku station. But if you choose other way than the way right through Kabukicho area, you won't be stopped by the touters.
All in all, it was a good hotel in this price range.

Well, decorated, convenient and effortable
Inside the busiest part of shinjuku, where the action is

there is no cafe in the hotel and breakfast is delivered to your room every morning on request. it suits lazybums like me very much. the room is very well decorated and from the pictures on the website, each room is decorated different with a slightly different theme.
it's inside kubukicho and it's very close to restaurants, bars and pachiko stations, yet it is not noisy and there are no solicitors (you know what i mean if you have been to kubikicho before) downstairs.
Travel tip:
It's in the middle of many train stations. Seibu Shinjuku station for the seibu shinjuku line (if you want to head out west), Shinjuku and Shin Okubo JR station (yokohama, the yamanote line, and basically everywhere else in Japan), Okubo JR station (closer than Shinjuku station, if you want to take the Choyo line).

Very dificult to find this hotel, because you must walk about 15 miniuets from shinjuku station. You must west exit (you can see bus station) and go the right until traffic light.
Nightlife Tip:
You can see many gentleman people on street. and this area you can find love hotel.

Hotel was really clean and a decent size room. Staff were helpful with directions, maps etc. Its in a great location to get to the shops and main part of Shinjuku. It was a little difficult to find initially.
Hotel Feature Tip:
make sure you look up the directions before you leave:P Breakfast was nice.

It's located in a quiet part of Shinjuku, though the short stroll from JR Shinjuku station to the hotel can be quite an adventure, especially late at night and if you're female and walking alone. This is due to the many touts that work for the nearby hostess lounges who will ask if you're "looking for a good time". But other than that, its a great place to stay. Surrounded by many shopping and food choices plus a wonderful nightlife scene!

located few blocks away from shinjuku subway sta where you find abundance of shopping spots around, e.g yodobashi, isetan, lumine 1&2, iseta, ioio and etc. it's also convenience as highway or limousine bus station is also in the area.
another thumbs up is staff (that i'd in contact with) are able to communicate in english.
