NICE AND COMFORTABLE ROOM, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF, GOOD LOCATION JUST A FEW STEPS FROM THE STATION.

WE STAY IN THIS HOTEL FOR 5 DAYS. IT WAS NEAR TO THE STATION WHERE WE CAN GET TO TOKYO BIG SIGHT EASILY FOR TO ATTEND EXHIBITION. THE HOTEL STAFFS ARE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND DO THEIR BEST TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEM. THE ROOM IS GREAT WITH A LOT OF AMENITIES. WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Large atrium lobby, modest clean rooms

Large spacious atrium lobby creates a great first impression. The rooms are clean, a bit worn, and compact like most Japanese mid-range hotels. Service is courteous; reception staff speak English. The only downsides are (a) there is no restaurant in the hotel... breakfast is served in the lobby lounge with a slightly disappointing buffet (very little western food), felt a bit like an office canteen and (b) there is no laundry pick up/delivery to/from rooms; you have to deliver and collect your laundry at reception. Bizarrely, the laundry does not normally accept underwear. As I was staying 5 nights, I argued against this and they finally relented. The hotel is located in the new Shiodome office and shopping complex, so there are a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance and accessible without having to go outside.
Restaurant Tip:
In the next door Conrad hotel is a Michelin starred Gordon Ramsay restaurant - perfect for a special occasion.
