Good location, clean, pleasant personnel, free wi-fi I have non smoking room but smoke goes thru air-conditioner everywhere.... I was on my business trip, i discovered this hotel thru Agoda,
thank you, Agoda, nice location, very close to my place where i conduct my business, i come to Tokyo every year. Very decent hotel, clean, helpful personnel, free fast wi-fi internet, four packets of tea provided every day, i used tab water, no problem, rooms are small but ok for the price, excellent for a single traveller, not for a family.

Clean, safe, close to shopping and the train station, staff helpful, English not great but they got the job done when needed. This is a great little hotel and a great value too!
Close to everything and helpful staff!
I did have a hard time finding it after the bus from the airport dropped me off but that was just me not knowing where to go and not understanding Japanese from the people I asked for help.
If I ever get back to Tokyo I'll stay here again.

I came here on a short vacation, I live in Sacramento, Ca. This is a great hotel, especially if you get a great rate on Agoda like I did. Location is Very good, with a short walk to Ikebukuro JR station. Sunshine city is very close too. Friendly staff. Room was nicer than many others I've had in Tokyo. Staff doesn't know english much at all, but they are very nice and helpful. This is a great choice for a single traveler, or even a family.
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask for a free ethernet cable at the front desk so you can get on the internet in your room.
