Surprisingly big rooms for Japanese standard.
The slightly bigger than usual rooms, near a train station, near several 24hrs convenient stores.

A good place to stay. Kind of lacking in terms of housekeeping. I accidentally dropped my jeans on the floor when I was rushing out. The housekeeping came in to change my sheets and towels but didn't bother to pick up my jeans or wash my used glasses. I hope I wasn't expecting too much from housekeeping but I did find it rather odd. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.
NB: The train station near the hotel is a local line and you need to change at Shinjuku to get to the metro lines.

we had a family trip, conciliating a ski trip to the mountains, and the hotel facilities made us feel very much at home. we could do our own cooking, laundry and had a lot of freedom in the large rooms/living room and kitchen.
we will definetely return to this hotel. everything was very modern, and the kitchen appliances were brand new.

the rooms are big, as compared to other hotels. just that it is abit old inside the room and toilet compared to another hotel i stayed in akasaka but that room is much smaller. for this one,we can open up 3 big luggages and yet still have space to walk. for the amount that we are paying in tokyo, i would say it is a value for money. there are lots of eating places just within walking distance and they open till wee hours. so we can even go there for supper. the location is also great cos it is near to the train station. beside the hotel there is a tesco hypermarket and make things even more convenient for us.

A Spacious Hotel in Tokyo

it is like a serviced apartment more than a hotel. a very good point is room is spacious comparaing with the standard small rooms in tokyo. although it is near to the station, it is not as convenient as like staying in shinjuku for shopping and eating. and it takes a 15-20 mins walk from hotel to the shinjuku shopping area. the hotel facilities is ok as it has a gym room, though it is small. cleanliness in the room is not too good as the used glasses is not cleaned for 2 days.

the location is good, just 3 mins walk from okubo jr station and room are spacious as normally rooms space are small in most of tokyo tourist type hotel. for sure i will stay at this hotel next time we travel to tokyo

Excellent for both a long or a short stay

we were upgraded on arrival to a one-bedroom apartment which was great, huge bed and fantastic views over tokyo. everything was very clean and it was spacious. good location, only one stop away from shibuya and a short walk away from two jr stations. i would definitely recommend this place. very reasonably priced.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk around the backstreets behind Omotesando - there's lovely boutique shops and quiet neighbourhood streets, very charming.
