Great location and very good-sized rooms

Will stay there again! Great sized room by Japan's standards. Close to Tesco and lots of cafes...etc. Very close to JR stations too. However, they could do better with the washing facility as only it takes the whole day to wash and dry a load of laundry!
Also duvet was stained when we arrived but the front staff had to run around to find a spare one!

Centrally located off Shinjuku in the Korean enclave of Shin-Okubo. 5 minutes walk to JR Okubo stn on the JR Chuo local line and 10 minutes walk to JR Shin Okubo stn on the JR Yamanote circular line - which is great if you are buying the 1 day JR Tokunai pass.
Spacious room for Tokyo standards - largest one versus the others that we stayed during our trip Japan.
Extra electrical appliances - convenient for medium term stay.
Accessibility to Japaneses Udon joint (close early at 10 pm) and Italian restaurant & 24 hours Tesco Express - convenience to buy groceries etc.
Bed and pillow very comfortable - best that we ever slept in.
Comforter and carpet needs to be changed - quite worn out.
Staff was helpful but not pleasant with their looks. Need to update their communication skills and their knowledge on WIFI - had trouble accessing WIFI on day 1, which was resolved by 2nd day frontdesk male staff
Nightlife Tip:
Easy access to Shinjuku, Shibuya & Harajuku which is reknown for nightlife activities

Right choice at this hotel

eco plan means "clean once in 3 nights" (we stayed 3 nights)
i think the room is much bigger than usual tokyo's hotels.
it takes only 1 station from shinjuku.
and it located in korean town, u may find lots of korean restaurants and korean wave goods like korean stars/idols photos bla bla..
Nightlife Tip:
As it is not so far from shinjuku, roppongi, azabu, and shibuya... u may dont need to wait til first train at 4 or 5 am but just take taxi going back to the hotel ( )

it offers not the same service as the big hotels in shinjuku west area, but it has all that one (i) needs. the okubo area is known for korean and chinese immigrants what makes it quite interesting. nearest stations are okubo (3 min) and shin-okubo (8 min). to shinjuku station it takes about 15 min.
my room was without any complaints. free internet that was really fast compared to other hotels. the room was cleaned every day. quiet room, even though the railways are in sight. great view.

good hotel, due to ppp-rate not too expensive, good location (jr-line close by, food etc.). less good: poor breakfast (better in the streets), windows can not be opened, poor light in bathroom. all in all: recommendable.

Very close to train station, less than 5 min walk from station to hotel. There is a 24/7 mini mart -Tesco next to the hotel. The Udon shop behind the hotel is superb!!!
Big n clean room. Will definitely come back and stay for our next Japan trip

Not a bad location near 2 train stations, that are just off Shinjuku station.
Plenty of restaurants in Okubu Dori.
Good to have a gym in the hotel even if it's relatively basic.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Location is ok as it's 2 minutes from Okubo station and further few from Okubo Shin.
